Lift Equipment Engine Maintenance Rules
1.During the whole process of driving the aerial work vehicle safely, pay attention to the relevant signs on the instrument panel, and often observe the reminders of the water temperature, oil light and battery charging indicator. If there is a safety hazard, resolve it immediately.
2. Maintain the engine on time, carry out maintenance on the engine according to the mileage on time, and use suitable engine oil for the engine. Maintain the cleaning of the refrigerant, so that the engine has excellent heat pipe heat dissipation. Clean the fuel line and the road of the engine on time. Make sure that the engine has unobstructed oil and air intake safety passages.
3. Use fuel that meets the requirements. The quality of the fuel is very harmful to the ignition of the engine. Fake and inferior gasoline will cause a lot of carbon deposits and glue deposits in the cylinder, fuel injection pump, intake system and cylinder, which will cause the engine to have unstable idle speed and difficult acceleration. .
4. The filling amount of fuel in the fuel tank of the car should be maintained at the remaining 1/3 as much as possible, and then the fuel supply will be started, so that the fuel pump in the fuel tank of the car can be well dissipated by the heat pipe, so as to ensure that the gasoline pump has a sufficient and long service life.
5. Start the engine of the aerial work vehicle in a quiet condition, let the engine stand by and speed up the operation, and listen to the sound of the engine to see if everything is normal. All normal engine running sounds should be relatively thick but regular. If there is a sharper sound, please go to the repair shop for diagnosis immediately to prevent common faults from causing greater damage.
6. Starting the engine in a cold car requires necessary preheating of the engine. Under all normal operating temperatures, the operating frictional resistance, damage, and reliability of the engine parts are the best. Therefore, preheating is necessary.
7. Keep the engine speed ratio in the area below the red scale of the tachometer as much as possible during driving to prevent the engine from overloading. Manual transmission aerial work vehicles should not be dragged as much as possible.
